Incoming Quality Control

We apply the same care to quality management of imported materials and components. All incoming materials include third-party reports and appearance checks. Critical components go through dimensional and assembly inspections, followed by functional tests for systems, ball screws, and guide rails.

In-Process Quality Check

At each key processing stage, operators perform self-inspections to ensure cutting accuracy and welding quality, with tolerances controlled within 0.05mm. Random checks verify part dimensions and process compliance, with specialized tools ensuring high-quality machining and welding results.

Finished Product Inspection

Final product inspection covers key functional features such as slider stroke, hydraulic system, and bending accuracy. All parameters are rigorously checked to meet national standards (JB/T 2257.1-2014, GB/T 14349-2011), guaranteeing the equipment is free of defects before shipment.

72-Hour Operational Test

Every equipment is subjected to a 72-hour no-load test that records parameters such as slider accuracy, hydraulic pressure, and electrical systems to maintain a stable operation and to identify potential problems.

Pre-Shipment Check

Before shipment, rust protection and safety checks are conducted, treating exposed parts and securing moving components. Each machine is wrapped in protective film, with accessories like manuals and bolts properly packed to ensure safe, damage-free transport.

2-Year Warranty

We are dedicated to ensuring the highest product quality and provide a comprehensive 2-year warranty. During this period, we cover both the cost of replacement parts and all associated shipping expenses.
