CNC Control System

Backgauge
Press brakes feature a dual linear guide backgauge with X and R axes. The CNC-driven backgauge employs AC servo motors and precision ball screw movement, guided by linear rails to ensure high accuracy and repeatability in positioning.
Lower Die Clamping
T&L Press brakes utilize a 2-V structure die featuring a 2V-T type quick clamping system. The design allows for rapid lower die changes, significantly enhancing operational efficiency during production runs.
Front Sheet Support
Equipped with two aluminum front supports, the step-type front sheet support features adjustable vertical height. Left-right rotation and anti-scratch capabilities ensure optimal support and protection for the workpiece during bending operations.
